Change is Reel is for a program for Black and Brown girls between 13 and 18 years old who live in Detroit, Hamtramck, and Highland Park. Our Girls Only page is a joyful and healing safe space for Black and Brown girls to stay connected, learn about resources, and gain tools to empower them during this powerful moment in history.

  • HIGHER GROUND SERIES

    Our site will offer tools to help you thrive during this challenging time. We have meditation, yoga, and movement sessions with local experts. We are hosting exclusive fun activities and watch parties. 

  • CARE PACKAGES

    Sign up for our Resilient Love Care Packages. Our care packages feature snacks, journals, books, coloring books and pencils, reusable feminine hygiene products, and more. 

  • TELLING OUR STORIES

    We will use digital storytelling to share our experiences during COVID-19 and the Black Lives Matter Rebellion. How has it impacted your life and your family? We will envision what we want for ourselves and our community after this global pandemic and protests.

Participants will have exclusive access to independent films by or about Black and Brown girls and women, watch parties, film masterclasses, obtain free self-love sessions, and more.

A powerful presenter and performer, Toni has coached and mentored hundreds of artists, social entrepreneurs, and creative professionals to greatness.

    Keep a distance around 6ft apart from others when in public.

  • STAY AT HOME

    Always stay home unless you have an important reason to leave the house.
